Kinlyt provides general parenting support and tracking tools. It does not provide medical diagnosis, emergency care, or professional healthcare advice. Always seek qualified medical guidance for health-related concerns.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use Kinlyt and for the decisions you make based on the information you enter or receive.
- Entering accurate information.
- Reviewing app suggestions before acting on them.
- Confirming reminder times, medication details, doctor appointments, and emergency contacts.
- Using your own judgment and seeking professional help when needed.
- Keeping your account secure.
4. Accounts
You may need to create an account to use Kinlyt features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
5. Baby Profiles and Shared Access
Kinlyt allows you to create baby profiles and share access with caregivers. You are responsible for deciding who can access profiles and for ensuring shared users comply with these Terms.
6. Subscriptions and Kinlyt Pro
Kinlyt may offer paid subscriptions such as Kinlyt Pro. Subscriptions are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are managed according to their policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your store account settings.
7. AI Features
Kinlyt may provide AI-assisted insights to help with routines and questions. These responses are informational only and may not be accurate or complete. You remain responsible for how you use AI outputs.
8. Reminders and Notifications
Kinlyt can send reminders and notifications based on your settings. You are responsible for verifying the timing and accuracy of reminders. Notifications may be delayed or unavailable due to device or service limitations.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Kinlyt or interfere with its operation. In particular, you must not:
- Use Kinlyt for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the app or its services.
- Upload malware, spam, or content that violates the rights of others.
10. Intellectual Property
Kinlyt and its content, features, and branding are owned by Kinlyt or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
11. Third-Party Services
Kinlyt may rely on third-party services such as Supabase, RevenueCat, Google Play, the Apple App Store, AI service providers, and other infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinlyt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Kinlyt if you violate these Terms or if required to do so by law. You may stop using Kinlyt at any time.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice within the app or on our website.

Account information
Name, email address, password credentials, and basic account settings used to create and manage your Kinlyt account.
Baby profile information
Child name or nickname, date of birth, gender (optional), and other profile details you choose to add.
Care tracking information
Logs and entries such as feeding, sleep, diapers, pumping, growth, medications, notes, routines, and caregiver handovers.
Photos and media
Images or media you upload to profiles or logs (for example, milestone photos).
Microphone and audio
If you enable voice features, the app may access your microphone to capture audio input for transcription or commands.
Notifications
Notification settings and preferences to send reminders, alerts, and handover updates.
Subscription and purchase information
Transaction identifiers and subscription status provided by the App Store or Google Play (Kinlyt does not store full payment card details).
AI features
Prompts, questions, and related context you provide to Kinlyt AI features, plus generated responses needed to support the feature.
Device and technical information
Device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, and diagnostic or crash data when enabled.
2. Sensitive Baby and Care Information
Some information you enter may relate to baby health, care routines, feeding, sleep, growth, vaccines, symptoms, reminders, or medical appointments. You choose what information to enter, and Kinlyt uses it only to provide app features such as tracking, reminders, reports, predictions, and optional AI support.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the Kinlyt app, including tracking features, routines, and caregiver handovers.
- Personalize insights, reminders, and app experiences based on your settings and logs.
- Enable AI features and deliver responses based on your prompts and context.
- Send service notifications, reminders, and important account updates.
- Process subscriptions, validate purchases, and manage access to premium features.
- Maintain safety, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- Analyze performance, fix bugs, and improve product reliability and user experience.
4. How We Store and Protect Information
Kinlyt stores data using trusted third-party services such as Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend functions. We use reasonable security controls, access restrictions, and encrypted connections where available to protect information. However, no system is guaranteed to be 100% secure.
5. Sharing of Information
Kinlyt does not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers such as Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, AI service providers, and analytics, diagnostics, or crash reporting providers if enabled, solely to operate and improve the app.
6. Medical and Emergency Disclaimer

7. Children’s Privacy

You can update account details, edit or delete logs, manage notification preferences, and control access for caregivers within the app. You may also request account deletion by contacting support.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services. When you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize data in accordance with applicable law and operational requirements.
10. International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
